Everything runs on appointments. Walk-ins are not something we accommodate, because each slot is sized around that specific dog and its coat. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee your dog gets the full time and attention they need.
Reach out by phone or through the booking form to set up a time. We will ask about your dog's breed, coat condition, and what kind of finish you are looking for before confirming the appointment.
You bring your dog in at the scheduled drop-off time, hand them over, and we call you when they are finished. We will give you an estimated window when you book, though coats that need extra work can take longer.
Most dogs are ready within two to four hours depending on breed, coat condition, and the services booked. Dogs with heavy matting, double coats, or temperament needs may take longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.
Pricing is based on the dog's size, coat type, and the services requested. A small short-coated dog and a large double-coated dog are different amounts of work, and our prices reflect that. Contact us for a specific quote before your first visit.
Yes. We require proof of current rabies vaccination for every dog we groom. It protects the dogs in our salon and it protects yours.
We work with anxious dogs regularly. A quieter, smaller shop helps, and we pace things to match the dog rather than the clock. If your dog has had a difficult time elsewhere, mention it when you book so we can plan accordingly.
We use professional-grade shampoos and conditioners suited to coat type. If your dog has a skin condition, allergy, or sensitivity, let us know before the appointment and we will talk through what will work best.
Pick a time that works, see the exact price for your dog’s size, and hold your spot with a small deposit. No phone tag, no surprises.
